Questions about the Starter plan
What happens when I pass 50 devices?
Tell us and we move your server to the 100-device plan. The higher price applies from your next monthly payment; your data, branding and clients stay exactly as they are.
Is anything left out of Starter?
No. Every module, the white-label branding, the billing tools and the API are included. Only the number of devices differs between the plans.
How is the Starter plan paid?
Your first payment covers the first month, plus the Fleet app if you add it. After that, the plan's monthly price is charged to the same card each month, in rand at that month's dollar rate. PayFast keeps the card; we never see its number. Prices are in US dollars. PayFast charges in South African rand at the rate shown at checkout.
Can I cancel, and is there a refund?
Cancel whenever you like. No further months are charged, and the service runs to the end of the month you have paid for. Cancel within 30 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full. After 30 days, payments are not refunded.
