What sits under your brand.
Branding throughout
Your logo, colours, web address and sending domain on the portal, the Fleet app, reports and dashcam footage.
A server for one brand
Your platform has its own server, database and tracker ports, separate from every other operator.
Accounts in layers
Your team runs the platform from your account, and every customer company gets a separate account in which it adds its own managers and staff.
Billing you control
Quotes, invoices, statements and a monthly charge per device, priced by you. The margin stays with you.
Hardware you choose
4,800 device types from the major tracker and dashcam makers connect to your server.
Operations handled
Hosting, SSL certificates, backups and updates are on us; sales and installations are yours.
The first screen your clients see is yours.
Clients sign in on a page that shows your logo at your own address. Inside, the portal uses your branding in both light and dark mode, and the browser tab shows your server name.
Notification, billing and support email goes out from your domain, and dashcam photos and clips leave the platform with your logo stamped on them.

From order to first client in four steps.
- Step 1
Order your server
Choose a plan by the number of devices you track, add the Fleet app if you want it, and pay the first month online.
- Step 2
We build and brand it
Your dedicated server is set up with your logo, colours and domain, normally within a day.
- Step 3
Point your trackers at it
Configure devices from the 4,800 supported types to report to your server's tracker ports.
- Step 4
Sign up clients and bill them
Create accounts for your customers, give them the Fleet app, and raise their invoices from the platform at the rates you decide.
The agreement in brief.
The order form shows the terms in full before you accept them.
- What you pay
- From $50 a month, by the number of devices on your server. Your first payment covers the first month, plus the Fleet app if you add it. No setup fee and no share of your revenue.
- How you pay
- After that, the plan's monthly price is charged to the same card each month, in rand at that month's dollar rate. PayFast keeps the card; we never see its number.
- Cancelling
- Cancel whenever you like. No further months are charged, and the service runs to the end of the month you have paid for. Cancel within 30 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full. After 30 days, payments are not refunded.
- What you charge
- Your clients pay the prices you decide, and the revenue you bill them stays with you.
- Where it runs
- Your platform is deployed for your brand alone, with a database, domain and tracker ports nobody else uses. We look after the servers, certificates, backups and upgrades.
- Changing plan
- Move to a larger plan when your fleet grows; the new price applies from your next monthly payment.
Common questions
What do I actually get under my own brand?
The whole tracking service your clients use: the sign-in page, the web portal and the Fleet app carry your logo and run at your web address, and email goes out from your domain. Our name is not shown to your clients.
How soon can my platform be running?
Usually within a day. We set up a dedicated server for you, put your logo, colours and domain on it, then pass you the keys. There is no hosting for you to arrange beforehand.
Do I need my own developers or hosting team?
No. Hosting, SSL certificates, backups and software updates are taken care of. Your time goes on selling, fitting devices and looking after clients.
Is my data separate from other operators?
Yes. Every brand gets a deployment of its own: a separate database, its own domain and its own tracker ports. No other operator shares your server.
Where do my clients sign in?
At your own address. Your logo sits on the sign-in page, your colours carry through the portal, whether it is shown light or dark, and notification and billing emails are sent from your domain.
