Questions about the 1,000 devices plan
Is the server sized for a thousand devices?
Yes. Each server is set up for its plan's device count, and we look after its capacity, backups and updates as your fleet grows.
Can I move my devices across from another platform?
Yes. Tell us which platform you use now when you order, and we help you point the trackers at your new server.
How is the 1,000 devices plan paid?
Your first payment covers the first month, plus the Fleet app if you add it. After that, the plan's monthly price is charged to the same card each month, in rand at that month's dollar rate. PayFast keeps the card; we never see its number. Prices are in US dollars. PayFast charges in South African rand at the rate shown at checkout.
Can I cancel, and is there a refund?
Cancel whenever you like. No further months are charged, and the service runs to the end of the month you have paid for. Cancel within 30 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full. After 30 days, payments are not refunded.
