Plug the platform into your other systems.

Four ways in and out.
REST API
Your developers can work with device records, position history, events and other data, using reference documentation built into the portal.
Signed webhooks
Your endpoints receive events the moment they occur, each request carrying a signature that proves its origin.
App catalogue
A collection of partner applications that clients can enable and launch from the menu, several of them with single sign-on.
WhatsApp builder
Lay out the WhatsApp menu, support choices, ticket categories and reply wording, checking every change in a live preview.
WhatsApp self-service, from the client's own account.
A client whose number is linked to their account can message your WhatsApp number and use the menu you built: see their devices and where they are, open or follow a support ticket, ask about billing and, if they have cameras, request dashcam footage.
- Answers only for linked numbers
- Data only from that client's account
- Files delivered through links that expire quickly

Questions about integrations
Can my clients use WhatsApp?
Yes. Once clients link their phone number, they reach a menu you put together in the WhatsApp builder, covering their devices, support tickets and billing, plus dashcam footage on accounts with cameras. After a dashcam alarm, the WhatsApp alert also offers to send the recorded clip.
Is there an API?
Yes. The REST API is documented inside the portal, and signed webhooks deliver events to your own software the moment they occur.
