Privacy policy

• Order details: your name, email address, phone number, company, country and preferred portal address, and the plan and options you choose.
• Payment details: PayFast processes your card. We receive the payment's status and reference, and a token that lets PayFast charge the same card each month. We never see or store your card number.
• Messages you send us through the website, by email or by WhatsApp.
• Technical information needed to run the service, such as server logs with IP addresses.

To set up and run your server, to take the first and monthly payments, to send you service and billing emails, to answer your questions, to keep the service secure, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal information.

PayFast, for payments; the providers that host the servers; and the email service that sends our messages. Each receives only what it needs to do that job.

The vehicles, drivers and client accounts on your server are your information. We process it only on your instructions, to provide the service, and we keep it confidential and secure.

For as long as you have a server with us, then only as long as the law requires for financial records or as needed to resolve a dispute.

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used, by emailing support@whitelabelgps.net. You may also complain to the Information Regulator if you are in South Africa, or to the data protection authority where you live.

Information travels encrypted (HTTPS), each brand's data sits on a server of its own, and access is limited to the people who need it.

The checkout keeps your choice of modules in your browser's session storage until you pay, so the order form and the checkout agree. It is cleared when you close the tab.
