Yes. Once clients link their phone number, they reach a menu you put together in the WhatsApp builder, covering their devices, support tickets and billing, plus dashcam footage on accounts with cameras. After a dashcam alarm, the WhatsApp alert also offers to send the recorded clip.

Yes. The REST API is documented inside the portal, and signed webhooks deliver events to your own software the moment they occur.

Yes, at any time. Cancel within 30 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full. After 30 days, payments are not refunded. The service runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and your data remains yours to export.
