Questions about the 100 devices plan
Can I mix trackers from different makers?
Yes. All 4,800 supported device types can report to the same server, so Teltonika, Concox, Queclink and others sit side by side on one map.
What does the 100-device limit count?
The trackers and cameras on your server, whichever client account they belong to. Users, client accounts and drivers are not counted.
How is the 100 devices plan paid?
Your first payment covers the first month, plus the Fleet app if you add it. After that, the plan's monthly price is charged to the same card each month, in rand at that month's dollar rate. PayFast keeps the card; we never see its number. Prices are in US dollars. PayFast charges in South African rand at the rate shown at checkout.
Can I cancel, and is there a refund?
Cancel whenever you like. No further months are charged, and the service runs to the end of the month you have paid for. Cancel within 30 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full. After 30 days, payments are not refunded.
