Questions about the 500 devices plan
Do cameras count towards the 500?
Yes. A dashcam is a device on the server, like a tracker. A vehicle with a tracker and a camera uses two of the 500.
Can my team and my clients have unlimited users?
Yes. Users, client accounts and drivers are not limited on any plan.
How is the 500 devices plan paid?
Your first payment covers the first month, plus the Fleet app if you add it. After that, the plan's monthly price is charged to the same card each month, in rand at that month's dollar rate. PayFast keeps the card; we never see its number. Prices are in US dollars. PayFast charges in South African rand at the rate shown at checkout.
Can I cancel, and is there a refund?
Cancel whenever you like. No further months are charged, and the service runs to the end of the month you have paid for. Cancel within 30 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full. After 30 days, payments are not refunded.
